Hello to all!
Just a short note as it is almost time to leave for church.
Monday, the lady I sub for most of the time at the Post Office had an accident and was severely burned. She is in great pain. Please pray for her. Myra is her name. Because of this, I am running the route everyday until she is able to come back to work. Also, Denise, the lady who sorts the mail in the mornings, is having a biopsy tomorrow. She is also having anxiety attacks. Please pray for her, also.
I'll let you know how things work out. I don't know when I will have a day off, other than Sunday.

Well, Ike came toward us and missed us just as Gustav did. We had power out for 24 hours. When the electric came back on, we had no water. :( The motor fried on the pump. We finally got water on Tues. night at 8. You never know how much you miss something until you are without. We want to thank the Lord for the small things as well as the large ones. God is so good to us and I for one do not thank Him enough. I just want to say THANK YOU, LORD!!!
I told you about Myra in a previous post. She will be out of commission for another week or so. I am filling in for her. (6 days a week). Yes, I may get tired, but the Lord has provided this to help pay the bills. Again, I say THANK YOU, LORD!!!
