home office yesterday. They don't seem to want to help me. I guess I may have to get a lawyer to get it fixed or replaced. He did say that he would tell the 'lemon law' section about it. Do you think it will help? I'm not sure what to expect from them. IF the dealership were here instead of an hour and a half or more away, I could probably get things done faster. All I know is that the cruise still does not work. The locks do not work properly. The interior lights may come on by themselves and then go off. The radio will suddenly go off. I have to manually push the button twice to get it back on. Sometimes several times. I NEED that cruise for the trip to Mo. in April. Please pray that somehow this gets fixed. I can tolerate the rest somewhat, but not the missing cruise.

Somebody needs to do something, don't they?!?! Does one of your local TV stations have an "action" feature where if you're having trouble getting something done-some kind of "Action" taken- you can call or write them and they will get their 'team' of repoters and others to work at resolving the issue? There is at least one station in KC that does that, and I have heard of something similar in other cities. Might be worth checking into, at the least!
